The water park was excellent. I liked also two large pools in the garden of resort. A wide selection of food and drinks at breakfast. The staff was very attentive.

Wonderful

Location is good, staff was friendly, rooms are pretty large, the Waterpark was good entertainment for kids. Have own beach, where you can reach through neighbor resort.

On the beach not allowed to use sunnybeds, only laying chairs, but there are not enough chairs.

Wonderful

Great beach and front-side facilities. Nice pools. Excellent waterpark which where more fun and challenging than they look it's not just for kids. Clean facilities and rooms, super friendly staff, motorbike for rent at normal prices. Great price too all considering. We had a great time. Also visit the Malibu bar just around the corner. It's a bit hidden away behind the coffee shop, surrounded by massage salons, but a very charming decorated place to sit and have a drink with super friendly owners who are happy to have a chat with you.

As you may expect from a place like this not the cheapest prices in the bar/restaurant. Also ordering a taxi comes with a premium vs just stopping one at the road. Can be expected, just something to consider. It's a great location for the beach, but not much to do here compared to white sand or Kai Bae. So a motorbike is recommended.

Hotel is very nice .. Good location. Very good breakfast buffet in restaurant at the beach. Waterpark for children. Nice swimming pool. Staff is very friendly ,nice and helpfull. Rooms are comfortable and big..

Very good breakfast, fresh fruits, tasty coffee ️ Great location - discover all island with motorbike or taxy.

Modern, clean hotel

The hotel is very modern and clean, staff are friendly and super helpful. The waterpark is lots of fun, even for adults.

The name says it = it's not on the beach front, but most of the amenities can be used from the paradise resort so it's okay.

Nice hotel close to the beach

- very clean and comfortable - good location with nice beach just across the road - beach chairs and gym from partnerhotel can be used for free, some good restaurants, shops, laundries and scooter rentals are in walking distance (rent the scooters from the rentals close by, the hotel charges a lot more than they do) - nice pool - fair minibar (at least the beer) - very good value for money

The hotel is really nice and great value for money but there are some smaller details to criticize: - everything seemed a bit loveless, no nice details, the floor in the room is in concrete optic, which we didn't like very much - the staff could be a bit kinder but that would just be a bonus - the breakfast was ok but could be much better - it is a bit loud in the hotel and the walls/doors are quite thin

We had a wonderful stay. Great staff, super tasty breakfast, breathtaking beach, clean pool.

I think they should have an iron you can use ar the reception.

Excellent facilities and location

The facilities are brand new and very close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (the street crossing security guys even too helpful :) ). Really enjoyed the pool area also.

The bed was a bit too hard and we were not provided fresh toileteries when needed. Coffee at the breakfast was not very good.

Low season is a good time to Relax in Ko chang

A new hotel built across the road from the Paradise hotel - cross the road and you're on the beach. the hotel provided chairs on the beach the Staff was friendly and helpfull. breakfast was good the rooms were big and spacious superb value for money - probably because of low season

the bed was too hard for me. they demanded a 2000 baht room key deposit in cash - they had my credit card number, couldnt understand why they needed it

Excellent place! I stayed 4 more days

The breakfast, pool, bed and everything else was great. Minibar was same prices as 7/11.

Only 1 thing that upset me here and it can happen to any hotel but the Front desk forgot to order my rental motorbike. I called from my room 15 minutes before I headed out and ask them to get me a motorbike and when I got there they totally forgot and I was late for my meeting that I had with a real estate agent. I don't like being late for anything and that why I called ahead of time to get the bike but it's Thailand after all..

some cold cut and cheese for breakfast is missing, bigger bread selection..then it would be perfect!

It's the correct name for this structure, paradise

Sometimes cleaners didn't clean properly the room but I can understand can happen when it's busy. Breakfast for 400bath it's quite expensive but it's ok, in line with the general costs.

Paradise Hill, Koh Chang - excellent Hotel

Unexpectedly thrilled with everything at Paradise Hill. The beach just 100 yards from the lobby was beautiful, normally i would eat at different locations each day but the food, the location & views were awesome. Beach was clean, hotel was beautifully clean and housekeeping perfect. Reception reacted to everything well and transfers faultless to and from Paradise Hill.

Breakfast was a little limited compared with other hotels and at 400 baht was more expensive than dinner.
